RESIDENTIAL KITCHEN REMODEL

This family starter home in San Leandro was in desperate need of a refresh. The kitchen layout was reconfigured to create more usable space and storage for the young family. Demo took this kitchen down to the studs. The wall to the dining room was opened up with an arched doorway and pass-through that reflects the same arched openings in the living room. Muted green cabinets and creamy quartz counters help the kitchen feel bright and fresh, while the wood-like ceramic floor tiles create cohesion with the wood flooring throughout the rest of the home.
